Is it safe to pay with credit card at iTrain?
YES, iTrain puts your safety first! Booking and payment of subscriptions by iTrain takes place via secure services to store your data safely. We use payment solution from DIBS which is a recognized provider of payment solutions on the Internet. Our stringent security enables us to guarantee that your information is not compromised.
DIBS stores credit card details by strict safety requirements, while we save the personal information you provide during booking. This enables us to automate many of the processes with us so you can quickly and easily begin training at our centers.
Can someone else borrow my access card?
All access cards are personal and can not be lent out, and you can not unlock others into iTrain with your card. If this is detected, the card will be disabled and you will be contacted by iTrain.
Our security
iTrain have a great deal with a security company. The guards has stray rounds on all training centers, and will secure and verify the membership to those who are exercising.
Therefore, always bring your membership card and identity card to the gym. If the guards discover anyone without membership cards, they will be expelled from the center immediately. Time and name will be reported back to iTrain.
If you do not have a active membership you will receive a fine of NOK 1,500
