It's safe to shop at iTrain
Booking and payment of subscriptions takes place via secure services to safely store your data. We use payment solution from DIBS which is a recognized provider of payment solutions on the internet. DIBS stores credit card details by strict safety requirements, while we save the personal information you provide during booking and subscriptions. This enables us to automate many of the processes with us so you can quickly and easily begin training at our centers.
1. If you received a new payment card it must be entered via the “My Page” under “Membership” and change credit card information.
2. If there are insufficient funds on the payment card we will not be able to draw. We draw as soon as it’s cover again.

Several withdrawals the same month
A membership at iTrain is subscription based, and it will be drawn a membership fee from your account each month until it is canceled by you. If you find that it has being undertaken several drawls the same month it is usually associated with non-payment and coverage preceding month.
The payment to iTrain conducts daily attempts to draw on your card after current pull date. If there is no coverage on your credit card on the day of payment the move will be completed as soon as there is sufficient coverage on the card.If you have ordered a new access card it will be deducted 250, – for the production of new access cards.
Refund of deducted membership fee
iTrain will not reimburse monthly amount or paid year membership unless there are errors caused by iTrain. iTrain will not reimburse conducted rundown if you have not completed membership at the right time in relation to when you had intended to cancel your membership. Ref. Member Terms We emphasize that month’s amount is deducted for 1 month / year in advance.
If you do not have a credit card (Visa / MasterCard) please, with the approval of card owner, use a valid credit card as payment. This is something we normally would not recommend, but can be used as a solution until you get a valid payment card. iTrain is not responsible for misuse of payment cards.
I have problems with enrolling
Do the following:
DNB customers: Clear your internet history. Has it been long since you’ve cleared your browsing history? This may create problems with you bank ID. This can be recognized by the payment “hanging” without moving forward in the browser. Sparebanken Vest customers: Log into your online banking. Go to “My Cards” Create Secure online shopping. Create a password that you remember. Minimum 6 characters.When you then register your payment with iTrain be sure to hit the “NOT BANK ID” then enter your new generated password.If you have further problems please contact us.
Why is it drawn 1,- while enrolling?
his amount is reserved from your bank account to authorize your credit card after you updated credit card information on our website. This is only an authorization. That means that this amount will be reserved for between 3-5 days and then will be returned to your credit card. Monthly amount will be deducted when we process your enrollment.
