I don't have username or password
Upon enrollment you should have received an email with your username and password. Your username is the phone number you provided when registering. If you can not fin your password, you can press the “Forgot Password” button on the lower left side of “My Page”.
If you can’t log in, this may have several causes.
1. You have not typed the same phone number when signing up as you now use.Sign in with the phone number you first signed up with and change the phone number on “My Page” and “Personal information”. 2. There are more than one person who has entered the same phone number that you have. Just send an inquiry to us here: “Contact Us”
Didn't receive password on email
1. If you don’t receive an email containing your password we advice you yo check you spam box, maybe it has ended up there.
2. If you have forgotten your password and need to have a new password sent to you, this will be sent both to your registered phone number as SMS and to the email address which you registered previously. If you don’t have access to this e-mail address or phone number anymore, please contact us at support telephone 90266218 and enter the new information.
I got a new phone number or email adress
If you have new personal information, it is important that you update this information. Login to “My Page” and go to the tab “My Details”. Update your new information. We have to help you updating information if you have a new phone number, as this is your unique link to your membership.
