If you already have a phone number or email address registered with us, you are not able to signed up twice. You should then log into “My Site” and activate your membership there. Your username for “My Site” is your phone number. If you don’t remember your password, you can order a new by pressing the link “forgotten password”. We recommend that you double check that all information is correct when you are logged in. Update personal information and assure that you have registered your correct credit card numbers.
Can I change my membership?
By logging in to “My page” and then go to the tab “Membership” you can easily change your membership yourself. The membership will officially change with the next withdrawal from your credit card.
Can I use all iTrain's centers?
Yes, you can! If you have a valid subscription, your access cards can be used at all iTrain gyms. Your access card will be activated so that the card will work in all gyms, no matter what membership you have chosen.
Can I change date of payment?
Please contact us via support on “My Page” if you want to change the payment date. Enter the desired date and our support team will change this for you.
iTrain is a fitness center only open to members, we understand that you, as a new member, would like to try our facilities before you become a member. Therefore, we have a 14-day return policy on your order. You are welcome to try out all our centers within this period.
Does iTrain have an age limit?
You can start your membership at iTrain when reaching the age of 16. Your parents will be responsible for membership if you are under 18. It is required that you have a valid credit card. Visa electron is not accepted as payment cards. It is possible to use another persons credit card if it is shown signed approval.
Do you wish to cancel your membership? Login to “My Page” and press on the “Membership” button. Press the red button to exit. If you cant see a red button with “exit membership”, you are no longer an active member.
Can't activate membership
If you receive an error when activating your membership it is because of nonpayment. If you have got a new Visa card; update your card information via “My Page” and “Change payment card”. If the problem is due to lack of coverage on your card, try again when there is sufficient coverage. If you still have problems, click on the link “My Page” and send us a message via Support.
How long does my membership last?
Your membership at iTrain will run until you exit the deal via “My page”. It will be automatically withdrawn from your credit card each month, once per semester or once a year, depending on your membership. Note that semester- and yearly memberships will be fully withdrawn at the time of your admission and then keep on going until you cancel your membership. If you stop in the middle of a paid period, your membership will be active until the next play date. iTrain will not refund outstanding paid days.
Your profile will still be in our system if you previously where a member of iTrain. If you want to sign up again you can do this by easily logg in to “My page” and go to the tab “Membership” and press the “Start Membership”. Note that if you have a new credit card you need to update your card information. To do this on my page and press “payments” and then “Register”.
