New member
Once you have made your enrollment, we will process your order no later than the next working day after ordering. Once we have processed your order you will receive an SMS telling you where you can pick up your access card.
Access card does not work
If your access card has stopped working, it may be several reasons for this.
1. Card beeps and lights up red when scanning in the entrance. This is usually nonpayment – log in to My Page and update your credit card information, and as soon as payment is completed, the card will work again.
2. No reaction when scanning in the entrance. When the card is defective and must be replaced. Log in to “My page” if you lost your card. Log in and click “Membership”. There you will find a button called “Lost access card”. Press this and we will make a new card for you. You’ll receive a text message when the card is ready for pickup. Please note that the new access card will be charged with NOK. 250, – on your credit card.
Lost my access card
You can easily ordering this single via “My page” if you lost your card. Log in and click “Membership”. There you will find a button called “Lost access card”. Press this and we will make a new card for you.

Did not receive access card
Once you’ve undertaken an enrollment or you reported your card lost, you will receive your card in the designated location by SMS message.
Upon enrollment / lost access cards iTrain Danmarksplass sends you an SMS telling you that you should go to Coop Extra Danmarksplass and get it delivered in the mail counter. Remember valid ID to verify that it is you who will pick the card.
Upon enrollment / lost access cards iTrain Bergen Sentrum sends you an SMS telling you that you should go to a restaurant, TGI Fridays and get it in the bar. Remember valid ID to verify that it is you who will pick the card.
Upon enrollment / lost access cards iTrain Haugesund sends you an SMS telling you that you should go to restaurant Egon and get the card in the disc. Remember valid ID to verify that it is you who will pick the card.If the card is not in the designated location contact In support via “My Page”.
